What I did.
Rebuilt the Google Business Profile around the services patients actually search for
One clear page per treatment on the website, linked to the profile
Steady posts and reviews, and a map scan every month to check the work
Close to the clinic the climb is easy to see: for ketamine therapy it went from the top 3 at none of 169 spots within a mile (May 2025) to all of them (July 2026). That is the before and after above.
Not every search is this strong. For “near me” searches across the same 50 miles, it is in the top 3 at about a third of spots (32%, Sep 2026). That is where I am working next.
For NAD+ therapy searches across a 15-mile grid, the clinic went from top 3 nowhere to top 3 across 79.9% of the map in about 30 days, and stayed between 76.9% and 82.2% over the next four months.
